1. Do I need to register to place an order?


Registration is not obligatory, although it makes tracking of your order (and your order history) easier.


2. Is it possible to place a made-to-measure order for a particular item?


Yes, we do take special orders. For any matters regarding placing a special 
order please contact our Customer Service team at e-lamania@lamania.eu or at 
the phone number + 48 885 025 035. Please mind that returns or exchanges of 
special orders are not allowed.


3. When can I contact a Customer Service representative?


We remain at your disposal daily, Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm (CET), 
except Polish bank holidays (listed below):

New Year's, January 6th, Easter, May 1st, May 3rd, Corpus Cristi, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th, Christmas, Boxing Day.


4. Can I ask for a VAT invoice?


A VAT invoice can be provided upon the customer’s request, and receipt of all the 
necessary details. You shall receive your invoice with your order via courier and via e-mail.


5. What are the steps of placing an online order?


- Please place your order online at www.lamania.eu or by email at e-lamania@lamania.eu, accepting the Terms and Conditions of our online store. 
- Please choose the most convenient of the available forms of payment.
- Upon receipt of sufficient funds, your order will be shipped by our courier to the 
address corresponding to your order.


6. How can I pay for my online order?


Available forms of payment are:
- credit card payment or an online transfer via the online payment service 
www.Platnosci.pl;
- credit card payment or an online transfer via the online payment service 
www.Moneybookers.com


7. Can I return or exchange ordered items?


Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date on which you 
recived your order. Returned or exchanged items need to be shipped back in 
perfect condition, clean and without any damage, with all of the original labels 
intact, together with the bill. 
Returns need to be communicated in advance in an email to e-lamania@lamania.eu. The shipment costs for returned or exchanged items are 
to be covered by the customer and the cost of shipment to the customer by La Mania.


8. Shipment costs


- Within Poland (for orders above 490 PLN) – free of charge;

- Within Poland (for orders under 490 PLN) – 20 PLN;
- Within EU - €50.00
- Costs of shipment outside the EU - €90.00
